You should represent your refund request to one of the Persian Gulf offices. The payment will be reimbursed in about 2-4 weeks to your account after legal deductions which are inserted in refundable fee tariff.

Can I change the flight date which is inserted in purchased E-ticket online?

You should contact the nearest branch of the Persian Gulf office to this change. Please remember if you want to change the date in less than 24 hours before the flight, you should pay the fine according to approve tariff.
